Privacy and Confidentiality At the KWMC

Here at the Kitchener-Waterloo Multicultural Centre we have strict confidentiality, and privacy policies. All staff members and volunteers have signed a confidentiality agreement to ensure that the client’s personal information is kept private. Only necessary personal information is collected, and is only shared with the funders that require it to be collected. The information we keep is only used to improve and continue the services that are being provided.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions about the use of their personal information, and have the right to request to see it at anytime.
