The Outreach Program is a community based program created to prevent and reduce the depth of child poverty in the Waterloo Region. Our goal is to assist children and families to access services they need in their own community. An outreach worker at the Centre (or at a site near you) can assist you in finding ways to connect with the services you and your family need.

Options and Arrangements

Recreation
Activities, Fees and Equipment

Employment / Education
Information and funds

Shelter
Resources and information

Transportation
To attend appointments and meetings.

Funded by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Social Services Department through the Federal and Provincial National Child Benefit Reinvestment Strategy.
