How can you help?

Volunteers are a very valuable asset to the K-W Multicultural Centre. You can get involved and help out in many ways:

• Tutoring English to newcomers
• Helping with job and housing search
• Assisting our office support staff
• Assisting with the Summer Festival and other special events
• Sharing your expertise with one of our committees
• Selecting the Centre as a placement site as part of your studies
• Telling your friends about the Centre
• Becoming a member of the Centre
• Making a donation

Volunteers find that the many benefits of helping at the K-W Multicultural Centre include a greater understanding of other people, cultures and the field of immigrant settlement, as well as a sense of personal fulfilment. Time commitments vary depending on project needs and volunteer availability.
